Independence Day was celebrated at Akal Academy Chunni Kalan on August 13, 2018. Various item presented by tiny tots were poem recitation, choreography on patriotic song, speeches on freedom fighters. Senior students presented patriotic skits and speeches. The whole school showcased and reverberated with patriotic fervor. Principal Mrs. Manjinder Kaur Kalsi congratulated the teachers and students and sweets were also distributed on this occasion. She asked them to imbibe the spirit of patriotism.
