The celebration of the great day was begun with patriotic speech by one of the faculty member of A . A Bhunsla to make aware the pupils about the significance of the day. Then a patriotic shabad recitation was performed by the students of grades VIII and IX .After that the students of kindergarten represented fancy dress in which they played the characters of great patriots and soldiers .Then students of different classes paid tribute to freedom fighters by performing in various items like recitation of poems , patriotic songs etc. Moreover students of grade V and VI also conveyed the great message , full of spirit of patriotism and love for the country by enacting in skits . In addition to it young students from kindergarten presented the emotional scene of martyrdom of the great heroes ,Shaheed Bhagat singh ,Rajguru , Sukdev .In between students of various grades shared their enthusiasm and happiness of this glorious day by dancing on different Patriotic songs . At last the celebration was winded up with recitation of national anthem.
On the same day Teej celebration was held on which students from 2nd and 3rd standard performed folk dance Gidda. Along with this student from various other classes performed cultural and folk songs. At last a short speech regarding preservation of our culture and religion was delivered by one of the faculty members to bring the young generation out of the influence of western culture.
