It is a matter of great pleasure that Walkathon on awareness on Drug Addiction was conducted by Akal Academy Bhadaur on 14 /11/18. It was really a great experience on walkathon as all the participants were very excited . Almost 250 students participated with full spirit . The main Strength of this event was the support by the public and our guest like SHO Mr. Gauravbans Singh and
SMO Dr. Rupinder Kaur who graced the occasion wholeheartedly.
This event became successful with the support and cooperation of staff students and public . There was no weakness in the whole process of walkathon . Enthusiasm of the students was really markable.
It was no doubt a great opportunity for the students to spread awareness among the public in this way .This was wonderful experience of everyone and the response of the public was excellent as they not only supported but participated and encouraged the students as well.
There was no threat in the event rather it was worth watching that walkathon created a positive impact on society . This type of events must be organized timely. This event was well organized by Kalghidhar trust. It is a great step taken forward for the welfare of the society.
