The birth anniversary of first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated with religious fervor and gaiety by Bharana Academy. On the occasion, a special assembly in the school premises was organized by school management. The programme started with recitation of prayer by the students filling the whole atmosphere with peace and tranquility. Students depicted the glimpses of the sacred life lived by the Guru. Poetry recitation enlightened the students with the solemnity of this festival. Speeches on history of “Maghi” festival was narrated by school management. The festival was celebrated by the students with great pride, honour and respect.
