Yoga after morning assembly

On 5th July we did Yoga after morning assembly for approximately 30Min. As we know to be fit and healthy those such types of activities are important so we also did assan like briksh assan, Tardh assan,. On 6th July we did assan like padam assan, Chaker assan, and tradh assan, for 40 min after morning.
