INTER- CLASS MATH QUIZ COMPETITION
“The only way to learn mathematics is to do mathematics.”
Akal Academy Balbehra organized an Inter-Class Maths Quiz Competition for Classes 1st to 10 on July 10, 2021.
The school was divided into 4 Groups.
Group A: Class 1 – Class 2
Group B :Class 3 – Class 5
Group C: Class 6 – Class 8
Group D: Class 9 – Class 10
The preliminary round was conducted on July9, 2021.
Selected students from each Class became part of the main group.
The quiz comprised of five rounds; Mental Ability, Visual Quiz, Problem Solving, Spot the Error and Rapid Fire. These rounds were conducted by Mr. Raja Singh, Maths teacher.
Students participated with a lot of enthusiasm showcasing their potential.
All the students participated enthusiastically. Slight differences were seen between the performances of students in different groups.
The Principal, Ms. Meera Verma also joined the quiz and motivated the students with her inspiring words.
The event helped the students in identifying their capabilities and motivated them to learn and expand their knowledge. The quiz enhanced the inquisitiveness of the students thereby building confidence, mental prowess, and learning at the same time.
