Akal Academy, Holi (Barara) celebrated the ‘International Day of Peace’ on 23 September, 2021 with great enthusiasm. The International Day of Peace was established in 1981 by the UN General Assembly (A/RES/36/67) to commemorate and strengthen the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples. Two decades later, in 2001, the General Assembly unanimously voted (A/RES/55/282) to designate the Day as a period of non-violence and cease-fire., a. . Activities performed by students :- Grade 3rd to 4th : Slogan Writing Grade 5th to 6th : Poster Making Grade 7th to 10th : Speech The students of Grade IIIrd to Xth participated in these activities with great enthusiasm and passion. They participated in Slogan Writing and Poster Making activities with a lot of excitement. They delivered speeches also. The activities were conducted successfully .
