On occasion of Kartik Poornima Akal Academy, Gomti celebrated Guru
Purv with great enthusiasm.
From last 7 days, Prabhat Pheri procession was being taken continuously as well as reciting of 10 Sahaj Paath and Akhand Paath. The celebration was started singing of Shabad Kirtan by the students
of class XI. Various programmes i.e. Kavishiri Gayan, conversations and speeches in Punjabi, Hindi and English , Shabad etc. were performed by these students:- Arshdeep Kaur, Bhupinder Kaur, Gursharan
Kaur, Manpreet Kaur, Manjot Kaur, Hargun Kaur, Sukhmani Bath, Gurnoor Singh, Kirandeep Kaur, Navrose Kaur, Abhiraj Singh, Harjas Singh, Anshdeep Kaur, Shubhreet Kaur, Kamaljeet Kaur, Divpreet Kaur, Avneet Kaur, Shami, Keval Singh, Kartar Singh,Gurnur Kaur, Hargun Singh, Eknoor Kaur, Sahajpreet Kaur, Prabhleen Kaur, Jasmeet Kaur, Abhijot Singh, Lovepreet Kaur, Navneet Kaur etc.
On this great ocassion the students organised an exhibition of models. XI A students Arshpreet Singh, Abhishek Verma, Satender Singh prepared “Future City”. And 11th D students Mandeep Kaur, Arpit Kaur, Avneet Kaur and Naaz Khan prepared Divinity Model and the students of class 5th Paridhi Tomer, Sukhmandeep Kaur and Jasmeet Kaur prepared Windmill, Class VI students Chanpreet Singh, Pawandeep Kaur, Gurchetan kaur prepared the Types of Volcano, Class 9th students Lakshya Agrawal, Hargun Kaur, Shubhdeep Kaur, Manu Varma and Ramandeep Kaur prepared Water Harvesting model and Agamjot Singh Sunmukh prepared a Smart City and Navjot Singh prepared Water Purifier and Armandeep Kaur, Hargun Kaur, Harshdeep Kaur, Taranpreet Kaur prepared Rural and Urban development model.
At the end of the programme the School Manager S. Balveer Singh ji and the Principal Mrs. Kulpreet praised and motivated the students for their wonderful performance and thanked the Sangat.
