On this auspicious occasion in Akal Academy, Gomti, Gurudwara Shri Damdama Sahib a new Darbar Sahib was inaugurated in the presence of Bhai Shri Jagjeet Sigh (Kaka Veer Ji) and a series’ of Seven Akhand Paths was recited in the memory of “Chalis Muktas”. On this occasion
many students participated in various cultural programmes. Shabad Gayan by Gurlal Singh and Amanjeet Kaur, Gurnoor Kaur, Kartar Singh,
Aishveer Singh and Manraj Singh. Raag Vasant sung by Sahibjot Singh and Gurnoor Singh. After it Katha Vachan by Bhai Amreek Singh and
Bhai Sukhvinder Singh and Kavishri sung by Dadi Jattha Bhai Sukhwinder Anmol and Jattha Sultan Singh Wraich. These all cultural programmes were prepared under the supervision of Divinity and Punjabi teachers S. Surinder Pal Singh and S. Ravinder Singh. The all Akal Academy staff cooperated to make the programme successful.
Khalsa Bahinji Shrimati Inderjeet Kaur, Dr. Joginder Singh, S. Sukhdev Singh, S. Jagdeesh Singh, S. Jasveer Singh, S. Sajjan Singh, S.
Kiratpal etc. attended the programme. Guru ka Atoot Langar was distributed to all pilgrims.
The whole programme was organised under the supervision of Sevadar Veer Ji S. Balveer Singh Ji and Principal Mrs. Kulpreet Kaur.
