Today, on July 7, 2022, The Van Mahotsav program was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Akal Academy Gomtipul. Senior students as well as
representative children of each class of primary and junior sections of Academy ,participated in this program. The program was inaugurated
by the Chief Guest, Mr Ayyub hasan (Dy.SP forest Ranger )by planting saplings with his own hands and informed the children about planting
saplings properly.
After this the chief guest explained the importance of plants to the children to keep the environment safe. The Principal of the Academy, Mrs. Kulpreet Kaur, administered an oath to all the children and teachers to plant one sapling every year on their birthdays. After that school PTI Khan sir explained the positive and beneficial relationship between plants and our life to the
children.Jaspreet sir ,Jagbeer sir, Shyam sir, Naim sir ,Ajay sir and school vehicle drivers were involved in the program.
