On the account of Birthday of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Parkash Purab cum Annual function was organized on 16th November 2022 at Akal Academy Madhir.
Bhog of Sri Sehaj Path Sahib was on 16th November 2022 at 10:00AM. Sewa of Sri Sehaj Path Sahib was performed by all staff and students.
Afterward Shabad Kirtan was recited by the students in the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. A calm atmosphere was created by the soothing Shabads. Kawishries were recited by students on the principles and teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji. Sakhies were delivered by small kids.Then Sacred Sroop Sahib valediction to Gurudawara Sahib with respect and religious ceremonies.
Some competitions like Kesh Sambaal , turban tieing and Gurbani Khanth competitions were also organized.The main purpose of these activities was to create awareness among the children to save our Sikh Culture. Toppers of academic year (2021-22) were awarded. Differen models on the principles of Social Science , Science, Maths and Paintings were depicted in the exhibition. Students explained well about every model to the guests and the parents.
At the end of the programme Respected Principal Ma’am thanked to the parents for their presence and great cooperation. She appreciated the efforts put in by the children and teachers. She gave message of universal brotherhood and humanity. She conveyed message to follow the teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Our honorable Dr.Baljeet Singh Ji given speech on the life of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Finally Guru Ka Langar has distributed. All the parents appreciated this religious programme.
