The students of Kindergarten to Grade Vth participated in Quiz competition related to “Know our Country”with great passion and interest. Their participation was highly appreciable. The main objective of this activity was to encourage students to know more about their country and to improve their general knowledge.The participation of the students was quite admirable. It was a knowledge-enhancing activity.
The students from Classes 6th to 8th enacted parliamentary proceedings. They showed how members of parliament discuss issues, bills are moved and passed by voting and other functional aspects of upper and lower houses of parliament. The aim of the youth parliament was to strengthen the roots of democracy, inculcate healthy habit of discipline and enable students to understand the working of parliament.
Students’ participation was quite considerable. Our Great Politicians showed their keen interest by performing the roles of different national leaders. They were putting great efforts and successfully performed it. They represented themselves as members of parliament. They all participated with great passion.
