To inculcate the habit of expressing regard for mothers in children, Mother’s Day was celebrated at Akal Academy Raipur Peer Baksh Wala by KG and Pre-Primary students on 12th May. A fancy dress competition was organised in which students presented themselves in various attires representing various parts of Mother Nature like water, sun, moon, rainbow, flower, butterfly, earth and gave message to protect Nature. The mothers were invited and various entertaining games were organised for them like musical chairs, tongue twister, Rangoli making and mother’s compatibility with kid test etc. The parents enjoyed the function very much. The Principal thanked the parents for their cooperation and motivated them to give more contribution in developing the child’s personality by becoming more aware about their day to day activities.
