Report of drug addiction cum safety seminar

On July 4, 2024 our school organised drug addiction cum safety seminar. Shri Sukhdev
Singh DSP, Shri Avtar Singh SHO Thana Sadar Samana ,Shri Kashmir Singh chounki
Gajewas,Sh. Gurnaib Singh,Sh. Karnail Singh, Sh.Gurmail Singh Jawandha were
invited by the administration of Akal Academy Fatehgarh Chhanna to guide and aware
the students towards the new safety rules brought forward by the Indian government
and motivate them to keep themselves far away from the worst evil of the society
i.e.drugs. The chief guests shared their views and ways to tackle with the anti- social
and inhumane activities. Moreover ,the Mahila Mitras demonstrated what the good and
bad touches are and how to deal with awkard moments.Students were also informed
about police helpline numbers which can be dialed by the students in the danger hours.
Our principal ma’am thanked the honourable guests for being parts of the seminar.
Chief guests were honoured with saropas. All of them were delighted to see the
response of our students towards the set of questions asked by them. In a nutshell ,the
seminar seemed to fulfil the motive it was organised for.
