On 9th of May, 2024, Self defence workshop by coach Ocean Singh at
Akal Academy Gobindpur. Self defence is a crucial aspect of personal
safety and by offering these workshops, we aim to equip our statements
with practical techniques and strategies to defend themselves if ever
faced in danger. The workshops was conducted by coach Ocean Singh
who is well qualified international coach and fighter in martial
Arts,fitness and self defence and Shastar Vidya training. Student as well
as whole staff by teaching various simple and effective self defence
tricks . Everyone present these was fascinated by his wonderful skills
overall it was a wonderful session.
