The birth anniversary of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji was
celebrated in Akal Academy Rasulpur Bet with zeal and
zest. The program started after lunch break with
speech by Parneet kaur (class 7th) covering the whole
life journey, achievements and sacrifices followed by
melodious shabad from our talented students. Then,
kavishri by class 8th girls gave goosebumps to
everyone sitting and listening. Not only students but
our teachers Mr. Simranjeet Singh and Mr. Lalit Rajpal
also contributed in paying obeisance to our beloved
Guru Saheb. Also quiz was conducted making sure that
students learn concretely about the Guru saheb.
The whole celebration concluded with Anand Sahib and
Ardaas, after distribution of Deg students moved
towards their respective classes.
Celebration of gurupurab is proving the best way
justifying the real meaning for which our institutes
are working and students are coming closer to
spirituality and Sikhism
