Students of Akal Academy presented a street play on de-
addiction in village Fatehpur and Tapri on 16 October.
The cast of this play included Ashok Nehra, Shubhash
Chand, Rajpal, Parveen, Jasbir, Labh Singh, Jarnail Singh,
Anuj Nehra, Satish and Mandeep Nehra.
The program was also attended by former Sarpanch
Ashok Rana, Soni Rana, Kiranpal, Satish, Avtar, Lakhmir
Singh, Mangaram, Anil and Nirmal, who appreciated the
children and encouraged them. He said that this effort of
children is helpful in spreading awareness on an
important issue like de-addiction.
The Sarpanch inspired them to remain active in such
social work in future also, so that they can bring positive
change in their village and society.
