On December 5, 2024 annual day -cum- sports meet was organised in the premises of Academy Fatehgarh Chhanna under the supervision of our principal ma’am Mrs Ravinder Kaur. A number of track and field events such as races, shot put,high jump, long jump and tug -of -war etc were organized for the students. Students participated house- wise in these sports activities. Students were awarded with academic excellence awards as well as sports awards .A play based on the theme ‘drugs’,sakhi and a choreography was presented before the students and parents .Teachers, students as well as parents were served with refreshment .First- aid facilities were provided to the participants. Parents alongwith the students seemed to be enthusiastic and energetic while their wards and housemates were participating in the activities. Participants were cheered up by everyone. Ajay house was awarded with the overall winners trophy .Principal ma’am encouraged the students to participate in the sports through her speech .She also congratulated the winner- house and all the participants. In the nutshell it proved to be a successful event.
