Industrial Visit – Sachdeva Stocks, Hoshiarpur
An industrial visit was organized for students to enhance their
understanding of the stock market on 28 th November 2024. The visit aimed
to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world
application by exposing students to the functioning of stock exchanges and
investment practices.
Objective
To provide students with practical insights into the stock market's
operations, including trading mechanisms, market analysis, and investment
strategies.
Activities Conducted
1. Introduction Session:
Students were welcomed and given an overview of the stock market,
including its role in the economy and basic trading principles.
2. Trading Demonstration:
A live demonstration of trading activities was conducted, showing how
shares are bought and sold in real-time.
3. Guest Lecture:
Experts from the financial sector delivered lectures on topics such as
