Annual Day was celebrated at Akal Academy Raipur Peer Baksh Wala on 10 February, 2025.The Chief
Guest was Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Arora Ji (Registrar DAV University, Jalandhar) and the Guests of honor
were Professor Somnath Sharma Ji and Dr. Gurpartap Singh Ji (Orthopedic Surgeon). The parents of the
students also joined us in this function. The students displayed their talent with great enthusiasm, which
made this day truly special. The function started with Recitation of Shabad in Basant Raag. The students
presented Welcome Song, choreography, acts on social issues and action songs.
In this function, the Chief Guest also honored the teachers and the best performing students for their
excellent academic and co-curricular achievements in the session 2023-24. Cash prizes were also given
to all the academic achievers. To motivate the students, prizes were distributed in various categories
such as Best Shabad Singer, Best Debater, Best Orator, Best in Writing, Best in Poetry Recitation, Best
Athlete, Student of the Year, Best in Gurmat Knowledge, Best in Reading and 100% Attendance.
Trophies were given to Football teams ( under 17) Boys and Girls who won at the state level and
National level respectively. The chief guest congratulated the students and guided them to be honest,
hardworking and spiritual. Professor Somnath Sharma ji motivated them to become a person of high
character. Dr. Gurpartap Singh ji also praised the students and motivated them to become valuable
people in life. The students of Akal Academy participated with full enthusiasm and created
unforgettable memories. Finally, Honorable Principal Madam Sonu Sharma ji presents an annual report
and discusses about the achievements of the academy and thanked everyone.
