Report of Mega Health Camp Held at Swami Devi Dyal Hospital and Dental College
A Mega Health Camp was organized by Swami Devi Dyal Hospital and Dental College on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Village Golpura Barwala. The event, which took place from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, provided free health check-ups to 86 students from *Akal Academy Dakra Sahib*.
*Principal Ms. Mandeep Kaur* accepted a special invitation to the event and permitted students to participate. The students underwent various free check-ups, including dental, eye, and skin tests. A special lecture on *Oral Health* was also delivered by a doctor.
Accompanied by four teachers, the Eighty Six students visited the PG Clinic, where they were warmly welcomed by the team. The staff treated the children with love and care, prioritizing their check-ups and providing comfortable seating arrangements.
An on-site reporter conducted interviews with students and teachers to gather their experiences. Lunch was provided for the children and staff.
The event was deemed a wonderful experience, and the students appreciated the opportunity. The deputed teachers, Ms. Rajni Bala, Ms. Anoop Kaur, Ms. Harman Kaur, and Ms. Sweta, ensured the smooth execution of the event.
