Report on NDA Interview Session at Akal Academy, Tibber
Akal Academy Tibber organized a comprehensive NDA Interview Guidance and Assessment
Program to prepare and motivate students aspiring to join the prestigious National
Defence Academy. The session was conducted under the expert supervision of
Mr. Sandeep Mohan, Retired Senior Officer, and Mr. P.S. Bhangu, Retired Air Marshal
from the Indian Air Force, whose presence and guidance made the event highly enriching
and insightful.
The event witnessed active participation from five academies in the region, creating a
dynamic and competitive atmosphere for the aspirants. The program was designed to
provide an authentic experience of the NDA interview process, helping students
understand the standards expected by the Indian Armed Forces.

Mock NDA Interview Sessions:
Students were assessed on various parameters such as leadership qualities,
communication skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities. Both officers shared
valuable feedback with each candidate to help them improve their performance.
Psychometric Tests Conducted:
As part of the selection simulation, Psychometric Tests were administered to evaluate the
psychological readiness and mental aptitude of the participants. These tests gave the
students a deeper understanding of the psychological standards required in defence
services.
Interactive Session with Parents:
A special session was also conducted for the parents. Mr. Sandeep Mohan and Air Marshal
P.S. Bhangu briefed them about the NDA selection process, career prospects in defence
forces, and how they can support and motivate their children through this journey. The
session was highly appreciated by parents for providing clarity and encouragement.
Motivational Talk and Q&A:
The officers shared their personal experiences and real-life stories from their service
tenure, which inspired the students to pursue their dreams with dedication and discipline.
An interactive Q&A session allowed students to clarify their doubts and learn from the
experts.
