Dastar Bandi
On 17th of April, 2025, Dastar Bandi competition was organised at Akal Academy, Chak Mander. It was organised by the Gurmat Department in the lieu of Vaisakhi (Khalsa panth Sajna Divas). It was based on individual participation. The motive behind organizing this competition was to make students aware about the importance of Dastar given to them by Gurus. Students participated with enthusiasm. With this, students will develop their interest in tying and making their dastar more perfect. After this activity, the principal ma’am along with the Gurmat department decided the winners as following:
