In Sikhism, the dastar (turban) is a crucial symbol of faith, identity, and commitment to the Sikh way of life. It represents honor, self-respect, courage, spirituality, and piety. It is also a visible reminder of the wearer’s adherence to Sikh values and their connection to the divine.
Maintaining the legacy and passing it to new generation DASTAR BANDI COMPETITION was organised in school premises in which students participated with zeal and enthusiasm on the occasion of Basakhi.
