Khalsa Sajna Diwas Celebrated with Devotion at Akal Academy Cheema (PSEB)
On Saturday, April 12, 2025, Akal Academy Cheema (PSEB) celebrated Khalsa Sajna Diwas with great reverence and spiritual fervor.
The program began with the completion of Sri Sehaj Paath Sahib, followed by soulful Shabad Kirtan and recitation of spiritual poems by the students. The atmosphere was filled with devotion and the essence of Sikh values.
Students were educated about the historical significance of the Khalsa Panth and were inspired through the divine message, “Peevahu Pahul Khande dhaar Hoye Janam Suhela”, to embrace the path of Amrit (Sikh initiation) and live a life of discipline and devotion.
Principal Madam Gurpreet Kaur addressed the gathering and encouraged the students to follow the path of Gursikhi (Sikh way of life) and instill Sikh values in their daily lives.
The highlight of the event was a spectacular Gatka (traditional Sikh martial art) performance by the students, which showcased their discipline, strength, and deep respect for Sikh heritage.
