On 16th October 2019 A.A Chak Mander held an activity whose detailed report is written below. This is the detailed report of the activity comprising of the following events done with the collaboration of students as well as teachers Event names: Mock Test, Radio Show, T.V.Show. Purpose- The main theme behind this activity was to aware the students about the issues/ Problems discussed in the media. The mock UN comprised of % of students in which four students represented themselves as delegates of the country and the last was the head/representative of the UN. The agenda they discussed was the effects of terrorism. Next, in the Radio Show, It was a local radio channel that made listeners aware of the interview of two D.C’s of different districts; problems prevailing in their areas and the message they would like to give to the people. The topics they included were deforestation, drugs, etc. Lastly, it was the T.V. Show which covered the most important aspect of today’s life i.e. the Akal Academy news Channel. The news reporter gave information from all around the globe. Therefore, the whole activity gathered the attention of the audience and they enjoyed it as a source of education apart from books.
