A tree plantation drive was organised at Akal Academy, Theh kalandhar on 5th june on the occasion of Earth Day. The main aim of this drive was to spread and create awareness to protect the environment from degrading. The Whole event was organised by the staff members under the guidance of principal of the school Mrs. Gurjeet Kaur Sidhu. The students planted different types of trees in their surroundings. The students were so excited planting the trees and influenced their neighbors deeply. Later the event was ended by taking an oath to prevent the environment from pollution by contributing little in our daily life.
