Akal Academy Kakra Kalan commemorated the Death Anniversary of Dr. Khem Singh Gill who was an Indian academic, geneticist, plant breeder and Vice-Chancellor of the Punjab Agricultural University.He was known for his contributions to the Green Revolution in India. A special assembly was conducted where teachers told the students about the life and achievements of Dr. Khem Singh Gill.
