World Food Day is an international day celebrated every year around the world on 16 October in honor of the date of the founding of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 1945. World Food Day Celebration was held in Akal Academy, Holi ( Barara) on 16 Oct. 2021.Kindergarten students virtually celebrated World Food Day in their own creative manner. The students were motivated not to waste food as wasted food means wastage of money and effort which is never good for anyone. . Tiny tots learnt the value of good nutrition as it is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle combined with physical activities. . Relishing and sharing the food, reciting and singing rhymes ensured that happiness reigned. The students of Class IVth to VIIIth actively participated in Slogan Writing and Poster Making activities related to World Food Day.
