On 16 October 2021, after a brief hiatus, Akal Academy Khera conducted “Atlas Quiz” quiz. The quiz was designed to test the knowledge of the students about the state of India. Calling this quiz interesting would be an understatement since it serves both contest as well as educational purpose. An Inter House Quiz Competition was organized by Akal Academy Khera. It was a 4 round and buzzer round competition which covered the areas of knowledge regarding their states. There was a total of 4 teams, two from each house. Every team had 6 members who were from Grades VI to VIII. The judging panel consisted of 3 judges. The H.O.D (S.Sc.) Ms. Amandeep Kaur Gill, H.O.D. (Maths)Ms. Navpreet Kaur and Ms. Amandeeep Kaur Bariah. In the first round, the knowledge of Garde VI relating to states was debriefed. A large plain map was pasted in front of the students. Every team was given cut outs and they were asked to paste the cut outs in their right place. The next chance was given to the students of Grade VII, following Grade VIII. In the last, there was a buzzer round, in which an opportunity was given to all the participants. The Abhai House was declared the winner.Atul House scored second position. Ajai House satisfied itself with third position. Overall, the Inter-house Atlas Quiz Competition was a huge triumph.
