To commemorate the Khalsa Panth Foundation Day Celebrations, popularly known as ‘Vaisakhi’, a morning mass congregation was held in the Darbar Sahib at Akal Academy, Sri Muktsar Sahib on April 10, 2024. This Baisakhi Keertan Darbar was celebrated with a deep religious fervor on a grand note.
The event was marked by the Bhog ceremony of Shri Sehaj Paath. The whole family immersed into a divine realm through Gurbani recitation of Salok from the reverred holy scripture, Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Religious sermons were delivered and holy hymns were rendered by the students. The entire family marked the attendance by its presence in the Ardas to seek blessings of Guru Sahib.
In continuation to the tradition, the honorable Principal and Mega cluster Head, Akal Academies, Mrs. Symbol preet Kaur Grewal threw light on the significance of the Khalsa Sajna Diwas and the circumstances leading to the creation of Khalsa Panth, remembering the roles of Khalsa seers in giving a new direction to the society. On this pious occasion, she also encouraged everyone to undergo initiation into the Khalsa through the Amrit ceremony.
The Keertan Darbar and assembly concluded by greeting each other with the divine salutation of “Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh”.
