Tree Plantation Drive

"Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky"
A very auspicious " Tree Plantation Programme" was organized
in Akal Academy, Sujanpur on July 21,2023 by Eco Club to create
an awareness regarding climate change and its adverse effect on
us.
The event was commenced by the head of the school with the
plantation of saplings with all the students and staff of different
houses in the school garden and the periphery of the school
playground to create an awareness about saving trees. Tree
Plantation was followed by many self- emerging Activities like
street show, Role- Play and quiz among the classes 5 to 8. Grade 6
was elevated as the winner of the competition. All students were
seemed very enthusiastic and pledged to plant as many trees as
possible near their areas. The event was further embellished by
the brain storming speeches of the science department.
Keeping the spirit of tree Plantation, The Principal of the school
appealed to the students to ensure the saplings' healthy
nurturing and urged to adopt trees for the 100% survival on the
earth so that they remain exist for the future generations.
