Report of Art/ Craft Workshop
Art is the language of life. It gives children the break from
their hectic schedules. So, the workshop based on Art &
Craft had been organised in Akal Academy Bilga. It was
held by the resource person Ms. Monika Mann to
motivate the teachers to promote artistic skills of the
students.
The session started with the “Professional Growth and
Development” in which following points were suggested
to the teachers :-
1. To set work boundaries for avoiding constant
exhaustion.
2. To stay motivated by avoiding pessimistic
circumstance.
3. To avoid irritability in the classes.
4. Avoid multitasking to escape from poor performance.
In the second half, She conducted some artistic activities
in which the teachers participated enthusiastically. She
also tough them how to create 2D and 3D drawings.
Overall, the session was a path of motivation and
guidance to enhance Personal and Professional
Personalities . It was an informative and artistic session,
held to improve aesthetic sense of teachers and the
students.
