Report of Hindi Workshop held by
Madhuban and Ratna-Sagar
Language is a medium which removes all the barriers of
communication. Kalgidhar Trust Baru Sahib oragnised Hindi
workshops in Akal Academy Bilga in which the teachers from
different academies arrived.
As for Primary Section, it was hosted by Ms. Pinki Arora. The
workshop was based on improving grammatical and linguistic
skills of the students. She told about number of methods and
activities which can be used to make teaching interesting.
Children should be familiar with the sounds and alphabet of
“Hindi”
In the secondary section, Ms. Preety Sony was the resource
person from by Madhuban Publishers. She focused on NEP
based education. The emphasis was on teaching through fun
activities to make lessons enjoyable. The activities such as
paragraph writing and poem recitation were performed. She
also enlightened about the techniques of teaching proverbs
and sounds.
Overall, both of the sections were based on Hindi linguistics
and strategies which can be adopted to make learning
interesting and enjoyful.
