ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2024-25
Sports Day is a vibrant Celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and unbridled enthusiasm. Akal Academy Ajitsar, Ratia conducted the Annual Sports Meet on 25th Oct, 2024 in the school playground. The Proceeding of this auspicious day commenced with arrival of the esteemed Chief Guest Mr. Sanjay Bishnoi DSP Ratia. He was warmly welcomed by honoured school Principal Mrs. Ekta Chilana. To ensure the success of this grand fest, Shabad was recited to seek God’s blessings.
Thereafter the school principal presented a floral tribute to the distinguished Chief Guest. Following this, the March Past commenced with the chief guest, Mr. Sanjay Bishnoi Saluting the students. Subsequently, the School Flag was hoisted by the esteemed Chief Guest, accompanied by the National Anthem that was sung by the entire school. Mrs. Ekta Chilana welcomed the parents. More than 300 parents came to attend the Sports Meet.
The sports stars were excited to participate in their respective races. It was delighted to see that excitement which students challenged themselves to attempt varieties of races such as 100 Meter obstacle Race, 50 Meter obstacle Race, Frog Race, Long Jump, Bag Race & Lemon Race. Students participated in various track events and field events like 200 Meter Race, 400 Meter Race, 800 Meter Race, Relay Race, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put & Javelin Throw.
The best part of this Sports meet was the 100% participation of all students from Grade Nursery to 12th. Overall it was a very energetic and enthusiastic activity for the Students who really enjoyed and gave their 100%. The achievers were awarded with Gold Silver and Bronze Medals. Refreshment was given to all students and Parents.
The Principal of this esteemed school thanked all the parents & teachers for their cooperation & support & advised Students to keep up their sportsmen spirit.
At the end of the day, students departed with a clear smile on their faces as the Amul House emerged as House Champions. It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm & memories to cherish.
