First Aid Day
Akal Academy, Gomti celebrated First Aid Day to educate the children on how they could save the life of a person in the absence of a doctor. On this occasion some doctors and nurses along with two G.N.Ms. from Sanjay Gandhi School of Nursing, Puranpur, Pilibhit were invited by the Principal-Mrs. Kulpreet Kaur. They demonstrated about snake bites, dog bites, unconsciousness, bleeding and heart attack as well as how one can save the life of such victims if there is no availability of a doctor or a hospital. The doctors and nurses from Sanjay Gandhi School of Nursing who delivered their speeches and demonstrated their names are- Mrs. Rajveer Kaur (Principal), Mr. Satyaprakash ( Vice Principal), Mr. Devender Kumar (Nursing Lecturer), Ms. Akansha (Nursing Lecturer), Ms. Praveen Kaur & Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur (G.N.M 2nd year).
