The English department organized two activities-the first was ‘Spelling Bee’ for classes Nur-5th and the second was ‘extempore’ for classes 6th to 10th. The two main components of the English language are speaking and writing in terms of developing our viewpoint and conversation. The aim of these activities was to develop the vocabulary, make students oral skills, and make them confident. This spelling bee was conducted by Ms.Kirandeep Kaur at class level. Extempore was also conducted at the class level. All the students participated and delivered their speeches with great confidence. The competition concluded successfully with encouragement.
