We celebrated gurpurab fervently on Sunday with a large gathering of 900 plus visitors including students and staff. The Bhog of Sri sehaj path JI was started at 10:00am . Guru maharaj ji was escorted by students playing drum and uniformed band with swords followed by shlokas and shabad gayan sung by many students of four houses melodiously in spite of not even having a music teacher in our academy and appreciated by all. No doubt it was difficult for us but we made a plan of preparing shabads. We selected four students from four houses who were good at playing the harmonium to some extent. then flash cards of all shabads were prepared and every day from 1st november, one shabad was being sung by a small group of children after nitnem and other all students were speaking with the help of flash cards so during that month my all students were ready to speak all shabads so on the day of celebration when all students were speaking all shabads together, some were on stage .
