Akal Academy Bharana celebrated Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji with great fervour.
The parents appreciated the students’ performances. The audience applauded with Jaikaras after listening to the NUR kids sing the names of Sikh Gurus and the Shalok Pavan Guru Paani Pita’. Each and everyone present in the Pandal was overwhelmed to see the Ravangee of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with Mass singning of ‘Jithe Jaaye Bahe Mera Satguru’ and special Guard of honour performed by 11th Grade boys. The Block Primary Education Officer Mrs. Sukhwinder Kaur attended the programme as a chief guest. Prizes were distributed to the class Toppers of Nur –XII. The Alumini were specially called to receive their awards. The faculty members of Secondary and Senior Secondary classes were also honoured for their hard work and diligent services. The whole staff of the school marked their presence by singing Thir Ghar Beshu Har Jan Piyare towards the close of the Programme. Guru ka Langar was served to one and all.
