The Investiture Ceremony was held today 23rd April at Akal Academy Raipur Peer Bakhsh Wala run by Kalgidhar Trust Baru Sahib. The ceremony started by the children with the word ‘Deh Siva Bar Mohi’. On this occasion the Academy appointed Brahmvir Singh as Head Boy and Ravneet Kaur as Head Girl and elected House Incharges, Deputy House Incharges, House Captains, Vice Captains, Sports Captains, Club Secretaries and Prefects from the houses. Class Representatives from class I to XII and Spoken English group leaders were also selected. On this occasion, the Principal Mrs. Kulwinder Kaur honored the Head Coordinators Madam Harjit Kaur Dhaliwal and Harjit Kaur Ghumman with badges. She also honored HODs Hindi, English, Punjabi Science, Social Science and Maths and other designation holders such as Activity Incharge, Deputy Activity Incharge, Examination Incharge, Divinity Incharge, Discipline Incharge and Receptionist. After this Principal Madam congratulated the newly elected students’ Council and teachers who were honored with the badges. At the same time she said that these kind of opportunities develop the leadership qualities among students and enable them to face their future challenges.
