Report on the Parkash Utsav of Shri Guru Teg Bhadur ji
Every year Guru Tegh Bahadur Jayanti is celebrated on April 21 across the country. This year is special as
it marks the 401st birth anniversary of the Sikh Guru. He was a guru, scholar, and poet who contributed
to Sri Guru Granth Sahib, which is considered the holy book of Sikhism. The warrior guru who fought for
religious freedom is popular for his characteristics like thoughts, humanity, bravery, and dignity.
Tp celebrate the Parkash Utsav the students of grade VIII recited 20 Chaupayi Sahib path on 30th April
2024.
After that shabad kirtan was recited by the students and followed by the speech by our Music teacher
Ms. Rupinder Kaur . At the end Ardaas was done by Manjot Singh . This day was very inspirational for us
we learnt a lot from guru ji's life.
