TREEE PLANTATION DRIVE

To celebrate ‘Van Mahostva, a tree plantation was organised in Akal Academy Balbehra on 20th July 2024. Students brought plants and they planted trees in the school campus. Mrs. Meera Verma the principal of the school delivered speech and emphasized on saving environment by planting more and more trees.

Inter class art and craft competition from class 3rd to 12th was also conducted in theme “Go green and grow green”. Different activities like painting, sketching, colouring, crafting and poster making were organised. Participants displayed great enthusiasm and energy.

They learnt about the importance of trees for keeping our earth green and clean to create sustainable environment.
