Go Green plantation Drive
Akal Academy, Mander Dona recently celebrated Tree Plantation Day on July 27th, 2024, with great enthusiasm under the guidance of the Kalgidhar Trust. The event, led by our Principal Mrs. Manjit Kaur Mahal, featured the planting of 150 saplings and plants by students, staff, and Akal Sewikas. Organized by Mr. Baljeet Singh, the initiative was a vibrant display of our commitment to environmental stewardship. Principal’s inspiring speech emphasized the significance of tree planting and reinforced the Go Green Club’s dedication to The Baru Sahib’s ethos. Special thanks to Sant Balbir Singh Sinchewal and Gurudwara Sultanpir Lodhi for sponsoring approximately 105 plants for the plantation drive.
