*Celebration of Independence Day*

Akal Academy Ghugg celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India on 13th August,2024. This Day is celebrated to commemorate the freedom of our country. On this day, we pay tribute to all the leaders who have sacrificed their lives to get our motherland free from British rule.In the morning after path students from grade Nursery to 1st did colouring in the national flag.Studenta of grade 2nd drew and coloured national symbols and on the other hand students of grade 3rd made national symbol with clay . After long break Celebration started with Shabad .After that students of each house recited beautiful heart touching patriotic poems by playing harmonium. Students performed patriotic plays and plays on social issues.All the students performed their role very well. Speech was delivered by Head Girl then our Principal ma’am Mrs.Kuldeep Kaur shared her views about the sacrifices given by the martyrs and also gave the message to follow their path . She appreciated the play performed by Atul House , a poem recited by Varnoor Kaur grade 2nd dance performance performed by grade 1st. Celebration ended with National Anthem.
