Parkash Purab Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji
The students and staff of Akal Academy Basarke came together to celebrate the auspicious occasion Parkash Purab of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.The event was held on 4.09.24 with great enthusiasm and devotion. Celebration commenced with the recitation of Japji Sahib, Chaupai Sahib and Sukhmani Sahib by the students and teachers. It was followed by hymns performed by the students. Inspirational talks delivered by the students and teachers. The divinity and punjabi teacher Mrs. Diljot Kaur delivered a lecture on the historical context and importance of Parkash Purab. The ceremony concluded with recitation of six pauris from the Anand Sahib and hukamnama which was followed by the Ardas. and Karah Parshad distributed among students and teachers symbolizing the sharing of blessings.
