Akal Academy Rachhin Organizes a Divine Nagar Kirtan
Under the aegis of the Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib, Akal Academy Rachhin organized a divine Nagar Kirtan dedicated to the Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The Nagar Kirtan commenced from Akal Academy Rachhin and was graced by the special presence of Sant Baba Dhana Singh Ji from Barundi.
The procession passed through various stops, including the villages of Rachhin, Mehrana Khurd, and Mehrana Kalan, and concluded at Gurdwara Sant Atar Singh Ji, Santpura Sahib. Students of the academy, the entire staff, and devotees from the surrounding area participated in the Nagar Kirtan.
School students enthralled the Sangat with Shabad Kirtan and poetry recitations, while some showcased their skills in Gatka .At various stops along the route, the villagers extended a warm welcome to the Nagar Kirtan with great enthusiasm. Proper arrangements for Langar were made for all the devotees accompanying the procession.
Sevadar Bhai Amarjeet Singh from the Kalgidhar Trust and the principal of Akal Academy Rachhin expressed heartfelt gratitude to Baba Jagtar Singh Ji, head of Gurdwara Santpura Sahib, the Gurdwara committees, and village organizers for their excellent management of the Langar and support during the Nagar Kirtan.
