Keeping in mind the martyrdom of the Sahibzadas and Mata Gujjar Kaur Ji at Akal Academy, Ram Tirath, from 6 Poh to 10 Poh, after the daily prayers, Shabad Kirtan, Katha, Thoughts and Kavishri were sung and the students were made aware of the history of the martyrs. On 6 Poh, the history of leaving the fort of Anandpur Sahib was shared with the children and parents.
On the seventh Poh, after the Nitnem, the students were informed that there was a terrible war between the Sikhs and the oppressive rulers and on this day the family of Guru Sahib Ji was divided into three parts. The history of the eighth Poh was sent to the children in their WhatsApp groups in video and written form. The history of the ninth Poh was shared by Jaspreet Kaur, a student of class 12, which mentioned the martyrdom of the elder Sahibzadas. And there was a mention of Guru Gobind Singh Ji leaving the fort of Chamkaur. The history of today’s 10th Poh was told to the children. After this, Shabad Kirtan Katha discussions and Kavishri were held. In which students from class 7 to class 12 participated.
