Safer-A-Shahadat
The sacrifices of the Char Sahibzade and Mata Gujri Ji are not just acts of martyrdom; they represent the spirit of Sikhism—dedication to truth, justice, and the protection of religious values against tyranny. These sacrifices are pivotal to the Sikh community’s identity, shaping their moral and spiritual outlook.
Akal Academy Ghugg organized a special assembly on 20th December,2024to remember the period of Safar -A – Shahadat by Sahibjadas and Mata Gujar Kaur. After nitname of Panj Banies students recited shabad ,poems ,Kavishiries.Mrs. Rajbir Kaur also recited shabad in the remembrance of this shahadat . Jagdeep Kaur grade 10th delivered speech . Then Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur Music and Divinity teacher explained day wise sacrifices (Safar-A-Shadat ) by family of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji . The program ended with Ardas and Parsad distributed among students and teachers.
On 23rd December,2024 path of Sukhmani Sahib was recited after nitname . Then students and teachers recited shabad to remember their martyrdom. The program ended with ardaas . Degh was distributed among students and staff.
