The Annual Day function and prize distribution ceremony organized at Akal
Academy Dadehar Sahib on February 11, 2025, it was a grand celebration of
talent, hard work, and achievements. The event, much anticipated by students
and teachers alike, began with the welcoming of the chief guest S.Harjinder Singh
Manakpur, an esteemed figure of Guru Gobind Singh ji Study Circle,Patti. The
school premises were beautifully decorated, creating an atmosphere of
excitement and pride.
The function opened with a mesmerizing Shabad Kirtan and cultural performance
by the students, showcasing their skills in shabad gurbani, cultural events, and
skits. Each act was a reflection of the dedication and creativity of the participants,
leaving the audience in awe. The theme of this year’s performances revolved
around parents’ dignity, disadvantages of social media, unity, diversity, and the
importance of education, resonating with the values our school upholds.
Attractions of the function were marvelous performance by the tinny toddlers of
class Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG of our academy.
Following the performances, the prize distribution ceremony began. The chief
guest, along with the school principal and other dignitaries, took the stage to
honor the students who had excelled in academics in class 10th and 12th board
examinations. Trophies and mementos were handed out to students who had
demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the year.
The principal, in her speech, congratulated all the students and staff for their hard
work and perseverance. She emphasized the importance of holistic education and
encouraged students to continue striving for excellence in all areas of life. The
chief guest also shared words of wisdom, inspiring students to aim high and work
diligently toward their goals.
The ceremony concluded with a shabad, and students, teachers, and parents left
with a sense of accomplishment and pride. The event was not just a celebration of
achievements but also a reminder of the continuous journey of learning and
growth.
