International Yoga Day
Yoga has become a part of daily life for millions of people worldwide.
It has emerged as the most friendly and trusted way to keep fit.
According to the United Nations, yoga helps with COVID-19 anxiety.
Yoga is also playing a significant role in the psycho-social care and
rehabilitation of COVID patients in quarantine and isolation.
